What will happen after I sign up?
After sign up the Free Trial and activate the account, you will be able to login to account management portal. From account management portal, you will need to activate your booking site. Your booking site will be loaded with some demo data to help you start immediately. You can proceed to setup your booking site based on your business settings.
How long is the Free Trial period of gobooking system?
The Free Trial Period is 90 days. No credit card is required for sign up for Free Trial.
Can I have the yearly plan?
Yes. you will enjoy 15% discount when you upgrade to yearly plan. You can change to yearly plan on the account management portal.
What will happen if my current month booking is reaching the maximum limit?
You will not be able to accept new bookings for the current month. But before that, the system will alert you about reaching the limit.
What is the meaning of location?
Location means branch of business which provide service at another location.
Is there any charge to setup my booking site?
Setting up a booking site is completely FREE. Our local partner will also be able to help you on that.
Does FREE plan have the same features as others?
Yes. all the plans will have the same features, that means the Free plan will have the same features as all the other plans. The only limitation of different plan is the maximum monthly booking amount and how many locations / branches of business.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the account management portal. Please note that after you upgrade to a paid plan, you will not be able to downgrade to FREE plan.
How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan any time, and your subscrption will be cancled at the end of the current subscription period.
What is the charges for the SMS?
SMS is sent through GT Notify Cloud SMS platform. You will need to top up the credit for the SMS notification or SMS reminder to be sent out. The price for each SMS is different from country to country. You can find out more of the SMS price at www.gtnotify.com
